The Last Day of Summer
Today marks the last day of my summer break… And I don’t feel like doing anything.
Technically, school doesn’t start until next Monday, but from Thursday til Saturday, I’ll be in school all day for our OrSem, so yes, today is my last day of officially being a bum. And what better way to celebrate this last day by putting Bruno Mars’ “The Lazy Song” on repeat on my iPod.
Unfortunately for me, I can’t really be lazy today. I still have a ton of errands to do for school which will probably take me the whole day. I still have to buy supplies from NBS. I still have to get a haircut (weird, I already have the freedom to grow my hair really long and yet, I still want to get a haircut). I still have to prepare my clothes for the first three days in school. I still have a lot of stuff to do that being lazy isn’t really an option for me today. What a last day of summer.
Hopefully, today will be good not only for me, but for a lot of people. Just hoping.
